Auluck's on the Run!
It’s that time of year when the Auluck family get ready to run 5k to raise funds for Great Ormond Street Hospital, a place we hold dear to our hearts. We're raising funds for the development of the new world-leading Children's Cancer Centre. Hopefully, none of us will ever need to visit this place, but to know we have the facilities available to us should we ever need them is beyond reassuring. To live in the comfort that your child will receive the very best there is, is something you cannot put a price on. Cancer is the biggest killer of children aged one to 14 in the UK. But a child doesn’t have to die from cancer for it to take their life. It can mean countless rounds of debilitating treatment. Not knowing when you’ll sleep in your own bed again. Missing out on parties and playdates and trips to the park. It can mean missing the moments that make up a childhood. But we won’t let it. We won't let cancer steal childhoods.
