I'm joining the race to help beat childhood cancer

I’m taking part in Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity’s family festival and fun run, RBC Race for the Kids, to raise money to help build the new Children’s Cancer Centre at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH).

Why I'm taking part in RBC Race for the Kids

Thanks for taking the time and giving me a moment to share something that's close to my heart.
I'm proud to take part this year in support of Great Ormond Street Hospital - a place that, for many families is more than just a hospital but a lifeline.
These children face battles that no one, let alone a child, should have to face, and yet thanks to the incredible care and research, many of them get the chance to fight back.
I'm running this race not just for fitness but because every step we take, every pound we raise, directly supports that mission, whether its towards specialist equipment, pioneering treatments, family support services - every donation makes a difference.
Every child deserves the best possible chance to grow up, play laugh and dream.
And that's why I am asking for your support, just £1 makes a difference, so anything given is greatly received

I’m joining the race to help beat childhood cancer

GOSH already cares for children with the hardest to treat cancers, and new treatments are giving hope to children and their families. But these advances have outstripped GOSH’s current cancer facilities. 

We need a new home for breakthrough treatments and pioneering research, so we can save more children’s lives. And because cancer shouldn't get to steal anyone's childhood, we need a place that's more than a hospital – a place that's a school, a playground, a garden and so much more.
